LoomSouk Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from LoomSouk. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it

It must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with:

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at loomsoukdotcom@gmail.com, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges


If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

Lost or Stolen Packages


LoomSouk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. If this occurs, we’ll do our best to help you work with your carrier, but the buyer is responsible for resolving any delivery issues with the shipping provider.
