Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns. Each piece is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans, making every rug unique. These one-of-a-kind creations are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold or reused.

We kindly ask that you review your design and size selection carefully before placing your order. Our support team is here to assist you with any questions or custom requests before production begins. Your understanding and appreciation of our artisanal process is truly valued.

Care

Basic Care:
Our rugs are handcrafted using natural wool, which may shed slightly as part of the natural fiber process. This is completely normal and will reduce over time. To keep your rug looking fresh, we recommend regular vacuuming using a gentle setting or suction only (no beater bar).

Stain Treatment:
If a spill occurs, act quickly. Blot the area gently using a clean, dry cloth or paper towel—avoid rubbing. For deeper cleaning, use a mild wool-safe shampoo. When in doubt, professional dry cleaning is always your safest option.

Have a question, a custom size in mind, or a unique idea for your space? Our team is happy to assist you with anything you need—just fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you shortly.

1. Handcrafted Heritage, Not Factory-Made

At LoomSouk, every rug is woven by hand in Morocco using techniques that date back centuries. Our artisans — primarily Berber women — carry generations of weaving wisdom, giving life to each piece with symbolic patterns and personal meaning. No two rugs are ever the same, and each one carries its own soul.

2. Ethical and Transparent Sourcing

We work directly with weaving cooperatives across Morocco, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect for the artisan’s craft. Our wool is locally sourced, naturally dyed, and washed using traditional methods that respect both people and planet.

3. From Artisan to Home – No Middlemen

We believe in removing the layers between you and the maker. By cutting out third parties, we bring you premium handmade rugs at honest prices — while giving more back to the artisans who create them.

4. Thoughtfully Made, Designed to Last

Each LoomSouk rug is created slowly and intentionally, with durability and timeless beauty in mind. The wool softens with time, and the colors develop rich character as they age. These are not fast-fashion rugs — they’re made to live with you for decades.

5. Rooted in Culture, Styled for Today

While honoring the heritage of Moroccan weaving, we curate pieces that align with contemporary interiors — minimalist, bohemian, and modern homes alike. Each rug is both a work of art and a functional piece of design.

6. Support Real Stories, Not Mass Production

When you choose LoomSouk, you’re not just decorating your home — you’re investing in real people, sustaining rural communities, and celebrating meaningful craftsmanship.
